Inner work, backed by real-world strategy.
Through The Inward Turn Academy, I lead three distinct programs helping Mongolians understand themselves, build meaningful careers and create long-term wealth.
Because mindset without action changes very little. And achievement without inner peace is not freedom.
17
years of yoga and mindfulness practice.
15
years across diplomacy and Australian Big4.
I was born at an army post in the Gobi Desert, where my father served as an army officer and my mother worked as an army nurse.
I grew up in a small town of fewer than 30,000 people during one of Mongolia’s most difficult transitions. When the country moved from a Soviet system to a market economy in 1990, I was five years old. Like many families, ours lived through years of uncertainty and financial hardship.
We lived in a traditional Mongolian ger while many of my friends lived in apartments, the symbol of prosperity at the time.
But that small home was also where I began imagining a much bigger world.
I learned English at my public school from Grade Five. I loved it, worked hard at it and sometimes studied by candlelight when the electricity went out. Later, while at university, I worked as a waitress and tour guide.
Meeting people from around the world showed me that life could be larger than the one I could see around me.
I grew up in a ger, learned English in a public school and worked as a waitress and tour guide while completing my studies.
There was no grand plan.
Just curiosity, hard work and a quiet belief that my beginning did not have to determine the size of my life.
My diplomatic career in China began with two years at the Irish Consulate.
I then joined the Australian Embassy in Beijing, becoming the first Mongolian national employed there. I spent the next six years working across countries, cultures and complex systems.
China was also where I began building the foundations of my future.
I started practising yoga in 2009 and saved AUD $60,000 not through an extraordinary salary, but through discipline, patience and clear priorities.
That money eventually gave me something far more valuable than the appearance of wealth.
It gave me choices.
When I moved to Australia, the professional identity I had built in China did not automatically come with me.
I became an international student, entered a new employment market and used much of my savings to invest in my education and rebuild my life.
I completed a Master of International Relations at Monash University, followed by a Master of International Finance and Professional Accounting at Deakin University, where I received a 100% Vice-Chancellor Scholarship.
I was hired by Deloitte while still on a student visa and went on to build a seven-year career across Deloitte and PwC Australia.
At PwC, I became a Workforce Solutions Business Partner in Technology Consulting, responsible for workforce deployment across more than 600 technology consultants.
From the outside, it looked like steady career progression.
Inside, I was learning that every meaningful transition asks us to examine the identity, beliefs and patterns we bring with us.
My first ten-day Vipassana retreat in 2017 took my inner practice to an entirely different depth.
Ten days of silence forced me to observe the thoughts, fears and inherited patterns that had quietly shaped my decisions.
It helped me understand that we do not create a different life simply by setting more goals.
We create it by becoming conscious of what is creating our current one.
That insight became the foundation of The Inward Turn™, the methodology underpinning every program inside The Inward Turn Academy.
It does not mean retreating from ambition or waiting for the universe to deliver what you want.
It means turning inward long enough to understand yourself clearly and then turning outward with intention, strategy and action.
You can have the perfect strategy and still hold yourself back because you do not believe you belong in the room.
You can become deeply self-aware and still need practical skills, financial systems and a clear plan.
And yes, I will guide you through meditation—and then ask what action you are taking next.
For 15 years, diplomacy and corporate leadership taught me how decisions are made, careers are built and progress happens inside real institutions.
The personal-development world can make transformation sound entirely internal: change your thoughts and everything else will follow.
The professional world often does the opposite: improve your résumé, grow your network, earn more and keep moving.
For 17 years, yoga and mindfulness have taught me how our thoughts, bodies, identities and inherited patterns shape the way we live.

Identity and action.
Mindfulness
Inner alignment and measurable progress.
They were educated, capable and hardworking.
I recognised all three experiences because I had lived versions of them myself.
But after moving abroad, many found themselves questioning their English, accepting work below their experience or struggling to communicate the value of careers they had built in another language and culture.
Others had achieved professional success but still felt disconnected from themselves
And many were earning good money without knowing how to turn that income into lasting freedom for their families.
What started with a few people grew into a global Mongolian coaching community spanning 25 countries.
PHILOSOPHY.
The Academy’s three programs each stand alone. Together, they reflect the three areas my work has grown to support: who you are, how you build your career and how you create long-term freedom.
THREE PATHS. ONE PHILOSOPHY.
IDENTITY
Reconnect with yourself, understand the patterns shaping your life and consciously create what comes next.

BUILD THE LIFE.
BE PRESENT FOR IT.
In 2025, I took two months off to spend time in Mongolia and spent one month offline in the Himalayan mountains of India.
I work Monday to Thursday.
I wake before sunrise and practise yoga on the beach.
I hike and go rock climbing with my family.
I moved from Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast to raise our children closer to nature.
It is being ambitious and still knowing when to close the laptop.
And it is the kind I want more Mongolians to know is possible.
It is meaningful work without losing yourself inside it.
It is building wealth without postponing your life.
These days, you’ll find me coaching Mongolians around the world from my home office on the Sunshine Coast—or walking barefoot along the beach.
Because despite what social media sometimes suggests, freedom is not escaping responsibility or sitting permanently on a beach.
Someone who understands their own mind.
Someone who recognises the value of their experience.
Someone who can build a meaningful career, turn income into wealth and create more choice for their family without losing themselves in the process.
Each program is a distinct pathway, grounded in the same philosophy.
Each one helps you become the person capable of creating meaningful change.
Created for Mongolians, at home and around the world.
